What is Watch Kakis?
Watch Kakis is a community-based 24/7 home monitoring programme, drawing upon the collaborative support of the community, referred to as "Kakis," to ensure the security and well-being of our elderly population.

Watch Kakis ensures seniors age safely at home through community collaboration, providing continuous 24/7 monitoring via our "Kakis" network. Our mission is to empower seniors with deserved care, fostering a supportive environment where they age gracefully with autonomy and dignity. Through community engagement, we create a network that monitors and enhances seniors' well-being, ensuring they thrive in a compassionate and connected community.
About Watch Kakis
We adopt non-intrusive technology to enable round-the-clock monitoring of seniors at homes and our 24/7 Call Center will be alerted when anomalies are detected or when emergencies arise. The Watch Kakis team together with community Kakis (caregivers, community partners) will promptly responds to provide assistance when needed. . And our job doesn't end there, the Watch Kakis Team will do the necessary follow-ups to ensure senior can continue to live independently post activation!
24/7 Monitoring
Non-intrusive sensor-based devices are installed at senior's home to enable round-the-clock (movement) monitoring and panic buttons allow senior to seek for immediate help in the event of emergency such as fall.
Responder Support
In times of emergencies or when irregularities are detected, our Call Center promptly mobilizes community Kakis (Responders) and/or emergency services, ensuring swift assistance is provided.
Close the Loop
Together with community partners, Watch Kakis will do a follow-up post activation, such as to recommend home care services, home safety assessment and community visits, ensuring senior can continue to live independently.
How It Works
If you're a senior yourself or have elderly parents, relatives, or friends who need close monitoring, recommend them to Watch Kakis. Our team will contact the seniors, identify suitable community partners, and handle the necessary follow-up to onboard and connect them with the Watch Kakis community.
1. Identify
Identify the senior that requires close monitoring such as living alone or mostly on his/her own, post-surgery patient and vulnerable senior and refer the senior to Watch Kakis. Our team to follow-up with you together with the senior for a short assessment.
2. Onboard
Concurrently, we will identify community kakis for the senior and work out the fees for the service, it will be anywhere between $0 to $48 a month depending on various considerations. Once agreement has been reached, we will arrange for the installation of the monitoring devices in senior's home and do the necessary explanation on the monitoring service and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to the senior and/or the caregivers/kakis.

3. Welcome to Watch Kakis!
Call Center commences the 24/7 monitoring and if there are anomalies detected or when emergency arises, Call Center shall inform community kakis and if necessary, activate community responder/s and/or emergency services. Of course, we don't stop there, follow-up post activation is as important to prevent recurrence and ensure senior can continue to live independently.
